With over fifteen years of experience, Kelly began her journey in public relations for renowned retailers Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale's in Boston, where she honed her skills in brand building, media relations, and impactful marketing programs. This early experience instilled in her a deep belief that the most successful brands are those driven by purpose. After raising her three children, Kelly transitioned into the world of image consulting, building a successful business styling models for national advertising campaigns and leading image seminars for professionals and executives at Fortune 500 companies throughout New England, including global brands like American Express, AT&T, and TJX Companies.

Missing her marketing and PR roots, Kelly founded Hynes Communications, where she now focuses her expertise on empowering nonprofit and for-profit organizations striving to create positive change. Her passion for giving back is evident in her extensive volunteer work and board memberships, including Communities for People, Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, and Bay State Networking Group. In addition, she formerly served as a Corporator of Needham Bank.

In 2021, Kelly was awarded the Big Sister of Greater Boston’s 70th Anniversary Honoree. She was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.

Kelly embraces new challenges and adventures while enjoying an active lifestyle, including tennis, golf, fitness, and reading. She cherishes time spent with family on Cape Cod and resides in Medfield with her husband.
